Gross and Juvonen stated that "Bullying that entails emotional of physical intimidation is associated with a number of mental health problems and hence is considered a major public health concern facing youth. Approximately 70% of youth report having experienced bullying at some point during their High School years...with rapid growth in communication technology especially among adolescents, cyberspace has been implicated as new risky enviorment for bullying."
